During her career Lynn has served as product marketing manager, controller, division manager, financial analyst and customer support manager for a variety of organizations including a major software company and several retail chains. She has voluntarily provided leadership and expertise to various community organizations from theatre companies to schools.
Lynn is a creative but disciplined multi-tasker who has enjoyed rising to the challenge of recruiting in a limited market. She especially enjoys working with the talented people at McLarty & Co on everything from strategic planning to integrating new employees and companies.
