The moms who work at McLarty & Co are a diverse group. Our many talents and skills vary from taxation and assurance expertise to management and administration. Our families' needs are also diverse. At McLarty & Co we can choose from many work models including part-time, seasonal, full-time and contract. Most of us take six to nine weeks off during the summer. Some of us started with McLarty & Co when we were ready to re-join the office world. Some of us sought out McLarty & Co when we wanted to reduce our time at the office.
